I loved that the modules were supers short and highly effective. I could even do them on my phone from anywhere. Don’t leave nursing until you’ve completed the academy – it’s a total game changer!

Run don’t walk to this academy. The Archetype modules were so helpful in showing my how to collaborate but not be negatively affected by difficult coworkers and patients. I am insulated from burnout and the trauma that only nurses experience. It was so helpful recover with other nurses who breaking up with burnout.

Nurse administrator here. I completed this program and several of my nurses did, too. We were really able to heal the root causes of burnout. Nurse-specific traumatization is real and we’re all affected. Learning the language of our nervous systems helped us stay healthy in a system that isn’t. Our unit has gone from one where no one really wanted to work, to one that we all genuinely enjoy!
